Hypnotic Texture Generator Rack

One of the biggest challenges in techno production is filling the gaps between the main elements of a track - Kicks, rumbles, percussion and hats provide the rhythmic foundation, but it’s often the smaller, less obvious details that give a loop its depth, movement and character.

Clicks, glitches, metallic fragments and evolving textures can fill those empty spaces, adding complexity and variation without overcrowding the mix.

The Hypnotic Texture Generator is designed to make that process intuitive and immediate.

At its core is a sequencer controlling four independent sample layers, allowing you to build intricate rhythmic patterns from a collection of textural sounds. With probability, velocity and swing you can move beyond rigid, repetitive patterns and create sequences that constantly shift and evolve.

The four layers can be shaped into anything from short, percussive accents and dry, mechanical clicks to dense clusters of abstract, noisy fragments.

From super-short, clicky bursts and subtle glitches through mechanical structures all the way to massive, washed-out soundscapes - Create complex layers of texture with just a few turns of the macro dials.
